  • You should expect an increase in contribution margin of your fresh goods program.
  • In some cases, this might decrease revenue slightly, if inventory levels are extremely high leading to excess waste and cost at a level that decreases overall margin.

  • Perishable inventory
  • This is intended for perishable goods that that must be made or ordered in advance, such as the day before or beginning of the day.
  • It is not intended for goods that can be replenished through the day (fresh-baked cookies, drinks, made-to-order foods, etc.); as there is opportunity to make-as-you-go, it is less important to optimize inventory in advance.
  • It is not intended for inventory that does not perish in a day or two. There are existing mature inventory management tools for that.

  • Please let us know your solution. It is our goal to support multiple point-of-sale systems.

  • Advanced analytics is hard to get right, especially for out-of-the-box software. We will not release a product that we think might not work. We do not subscribe to “AI hype” and will not overpromise.
